We accept payment via credit card, ApplePay or Paypal.
All products are sold on a first come, first served basis only and are final. Please message via the CONNECT page if you have any questions.
Native Apothecary will only work with wholesale accounts that have a physical store. Invoicing wholesale accounts occur in PayPal only.
Workshop and Native Alchemy Path tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person, but please let us know via the CONNECT page.
If you need to reschedule a Wellness Session, please visit the CONNECT page within 24 hours of the appointment. A $25 USD fee will be charged if notice of reschedule is not received.
By US law, Herbalists are unable to diagnose or treat any health issues.
Herbalists are trained in the interaction between plants and humans. We are familiar with human anatomy and pathology, but are not experts according to US law.
As an herbalist, Alison Garber will work with her Wellness Session clients to restore balance, health, and harmony through the use of herbal preparations, lifestyle adjustments, and nutrition advice.
All herbal remedies created by Native Apothecary have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases. Please consult your qualified physician before consuming.
Items will be processed within 2-7 days of the purchase date. This time frame may be longer during the holiday months of October, November, and December. Once your order is processed, it will be given a tracking number and shipped. When you package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number via USPS. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear online.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address and e-mail address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong shipping address please CONNECT with us as soon as possible with the correct one. If your item has not yet shipped, your address can be changed. If your package is already in transit (meaning, it has a tracking number), it cannot be changed.
U.S. customers: You can expect your items to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped. "Standard Shipping" is shipped via USPS First Class Mail and comes with a tracking number but no insurance. "Priority Shipping" is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and comes with tracking number and insurance. Native Apothecary is not responsible for lost packages if your tracking number indicates your order was "delivered."
International customers: Due to the nature of the wildcrafted remedies Native Apothecary creates, international shipping is not available. This is due to customs regulations of the receiving countries.
If purchasing The Hedge Witch's Herbal Grimoire, please note that there will be no tracking information provided for your shipment. Your purchase will be shipped via USPS First Class Package International Service. You can expect your items to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped.
